Contractor have no knowledge about what to do and charge 50 dlls for nothing.

DJ helped us solve the intermittent clogging we have had for some time, great service, quick response even on a snowy Sunday.

The charge for the work done was over the top, but the work done did fix the problem .and the plumber was knowledgeable and courteous.

John at Drain Doctor is absolutely excellent. He was easy to work with, fast, and reasonably priced! He installed a new gasline for my stove a few months ago, and he hooked up our new water heater and did every part of the job excellently. Looks and operates perfectly. If I ever have any plumbing issues or new work, I am calling John!

Quick to respond and came out within a couple hours to swap out our sump pump for a reasonable rate. 45 minutes later. We re back in business, the water is being pumped out of our house quickly and the concrete is drying up. BIG thanks to DJ!

Missed first appointment, I called and he came out next am. removed toilet, and wax ring, inspected, found no leaks around floor flange. Installed new wax ring and bolts. Completed very quickly. Price seamed a little high, but overall great job. Updated review. hours after plumber left I noticed that flange bolts sticking up thru bottom of toilet base had not been cut (snapped) to correct length and white plastic covers had not been replaced.i now have overly long bolts with sharp edges showing making cleaning more difficult/dangerous. Called answering machine that night (Friday) and as of Monday night I have nothing from them.

When John arrived, he asked where the problem was. He inspected the job, told me that he could tackle it, and tackle it, he did. John was the consummate professional, and fixed the problems that were created by the last "pro". All in all, it was a very pleasant experience,.

John was amazing! Called the same night that we entered our information into the site, came the next day around the time he said. Very professional and easy to work with. We needed a shutoff valve replaced and an outside spigot added. John did exactly what we asked without question. Had a sump pump that was not working. Drain Dr came same afternoon. Replaced with a new pump. Quick and easy.
