"I reside in an apartment in Perrysburg, OH and my apartment complex contracts with Steamex and has been a client of theirs for quite some time. I have lived in the same apartment and have had a carpet cleaning once a year for the past 5 years. During each carpet cleaning, I have experienced wonderful service each time. "Our house is two stories on stilts, so the top floor is 3 stories above grade. The contractor pressure washed the entire exterior, blew the leaves and cleaned the gutters. He also pressure washed the green furniture. The window glass is now also clean. What a difference. I will use again when Florida's environment will require the house to be cleaned again. Because he could not each the top floor, he voluntarily reduced his fee without being requested to do so. He is a truly reliable and upright guy."
