"I am an investor and we purchased a home with 2 fireplaces. One of the dampers was stuck in the closed position and I hired Dr Sweep to troubleshoot the issue, repair as necessary and sweep the flue. They were quick clean and efficient with their work. Subsequently we hired them to install a gas log set in one of the fireplaces and the installation crew was a delight to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs these types of services."

The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

"Another company was unable to clear the main sewer drain and wanted to up-sell an additional $900 to run a camera down it and use a water jet to try and clear it. I sent them packing and called Plumbing Professors. On time and got the drain cleared at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others."
