"I wasn’t impressed. I was told they would start in the morning. I got home from work around dinner time and they had just started. The whole evening I had to listen to them work, I have young children and they couldn’t get to sleep because they were working till 9:30pm. They were done very quickly which was good, but I feel the quality of work was suspect. I noticed a few spots in the garage and attic where wood wasn’t replaced. I pointed them out to the owner and his response was “it will be fine and if it’s not you’ll be sure to let me know won’t you?”. I’m still finding nails all around my property and with young kids that was my biggest worry. It’s been a month since the replacement and shingles are coming up in a few spots. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they definitely could have done better especially for the money I paid."

"Thought we had gone with a great company for basement foundation work. Tom W the sells guy was honest and amazing. They came out in October 2022 and completed the project in 5 days we had no issues. They took out our old tile and crock and installed new. At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. I would becareful using Seagate-make sure you do your homework!"

"Project started out well paid 7000 upfront. They finished approximately three-quarter of my roof due to needing chimney rebuilt. The remainder of the roof needed to wait for flashing. I paid in full. The total cost of the roof have been trying to reach back out for a completion due to all of the wet weather we have had not only is my roof not completed. No one will return my phone calls the phone number on the card is not a working number and I do not have the cell phone number of the foreman. It would be nice for them to reach back out to finish the job they was hired to do. If not, I will contact my attorney and begin action."
