The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

After the initial repairs the gas company detected another leak, Ron came right away to check on it. It turned out the Gas company made a mistake on their end. Not only did Ron help us find the leak (left by the gas company) he even waited until we could get ahold of them by phone to talk to explain the situation.
