"

The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

"John was amazing! Called the same night that we entered our information into the site, came the next day around the time he said. Very professional and easy to work with. We needed a shutoff valve replaced and an outside spigot added. John did exactly what we asked without question. If you want professional, courteous and friendly service I would highly recommend contacting Drain Doctor and ask for John."

"They came to my house really quickly. Even though I told them it was not an emergency they treated it as if it was one. I appreciated that they explained everything they did."

"Ron was very professional and honest. He found the gas leak that others couldn t find and fixed it without any issues. He showed up on time and the bill was as he had estimated. His work ethic is admirable. I will definitely use his services if needed in the future"

"Had gas smells coming from washer. Rod came over and within minutes identified that there was no trap. As he looked into it, he noticed that when the house was flipped it was plumbed completely wrong. Asked him to look at sink as well and he jumped on crawl space to see everything was plumbed incorrectly. Rod explained everything and what he would do to correct it. Was very helpful in pointing out other issues as well that could be corrected to make my home more efficient. Great experience. Great company! Would highly recommend Rob and Drain Solutions!"
