"The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

"John was very helpful and pleasant, thoroughly checking if I had a gas leak on my old hot water tank. Luckily I did not, but I appreciated him coming out soon after i called. Fast service! The fee was the local going rate for a service call, but it was worth my peace of mind."

"Ron was terrific. We hired Affordable for a house gas leak after the Gas company replaced our main line. Ron was available in a timely manner and even updated me by phone the day of service to let me know he was on his way. After the initial repairs the gas company detected another leak, Ron came right away to check on it. It turned out the Gas company made a mistake on their end. Not only did Ron help us find the leak (left by the gas company) he even waited until we could get ahold of them by phone to talk to explain the situation. All in all he was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Will hire him again when/if I need other work done."

"Had gas smells coming from washer. Rod came over and within minutes identified that there was no trap. As he looked into it, he noticed that when the house was flipped it was plumbed completely wrong. Asked him to look at sink as well and he jumped on crawl space to see everything was plumbed incorrectly. Rod explained everything and what he would do to correct it. Was very helpful in pointing out other issues as well that could be corrected to make my home more efficient. Great experience. Great company! Would highly recommend Rob and Drain Solutions!"
