I was looking to replace our tank-based water heating system. The folks at WHP were knowledgeable and presented the options fairly and accurately. I chose to go with a tankless system. The installation was professional and the price was as predicted. WHP's quote was fair and way lower than other merchants who were looking to add many unnecessary extras and pump the bill. WHP staff was honest and professional. I will definitely recommend them over the more "famous" and marketing-heavy alternatives.

At installation, the technician provided an explanation as to the work to be performed. They were very professional and courteous.
