Our business is family owned and operated since November 2022. Our mission is to satisfy our customer's needs by offering a better personalized remodeling experience. Our approach to remodeling projects is to ensure our we are communicating during every phase of the remodeling process. We truly believe we are set apart from the other companies in Central Ohio is that here is "Where caring is the difference". We offer full bathroom remodels, Kitchen remodels, basement finishing, patio/deck installations, and additions. "Hello [Member Name Removed], We again apologize for any confusion on timelines. Prior to your contract being signed we discussed with you that this project would take 4-5months to complete (without any hurdles). The permit was approved in December 2024 - we are still within our timeframe for completion (outside of the multiple change orders you requested). We did not advise you to list your home within two weeks of the permit being approved. We are sorry you pushed this project for faster completion but additions take time and city approvals that are not within our control. Best of wishes in your new home."
