The spring on our garage door opener broke this morning when trying to leave for work. We called and they had Tj one of their technicians out by 12:30 today (same day). He was very professional and got the repairs done quickly. Highly recommend. Thanks Tj for all your help and getting us back to work in a timely manner.

Adam and Jerry did a quick and great job of installing new spring on our garage door.

Really great. Our technician Rick was right on time and completely removed our 2 old openers ( which were 21 years old ) and replaced with brand new Linear openers. Rick was very nice and professional and when finished installing he thoroughly answered all our questions about the new system. We're very pleased with the job he did!

He did a great job, was nice and courteous, and my daughter will hire him when she gets some money as well. I would definitely hire him again and I would recommend him.

Jake did a professional job replacing a broke spring in no time. He arrived within the time slot assigned. He was courteous answering a few questions on the spring and door. Not all companies provide 5 year warranty on the spring labor and part.

I had them come out to my house twice for two projects. The first one dealt with putting on a weather strip, programming a new keypad for my garage door opener and 2 key fobs. The second one dealt with the garage door opener malfunctioning. That one required a new control board being installed .

I've used Cincinnati Door & Window to not only install my garage door, but also repairs. Each time I've called, I've received prompt and reliable service. Today's service was for repair of the garage door opener, which they hadn't installed. The technician easily rectified the problem and also performed a tune-up on the opener and garage door, all for a reasonable fee.

Did a great job for reasonable price

Technician Cody came out on Friday, the same day as our initial call. He secured the door and gave us an estimate of repair. He returned on Tuesday with the correct part and installed it. Cody was professional and skilled and the company's response time exceeded our expectation. Would definitely call this company again.

When I submitted my request through Angies List, Steve from Cincinnati Door, called right away and talked me through the problems I was having with the garage door, asking me to describe some things as well as the age of the garage door opener. He was great at explaining things and quoted me a price of $429 to repair the garage door, replace the keypad outside the door, replace the touchpad next to the entrance to our home and 2 remotes. Because of everything he went through, I felt really comfortable that our cost would be $429. When my other request for quote contacted me, they could not give me that same information. So I chose Cincinnati Door and Window. As soon as the repair guy arrived and looked at my door, he tells me that generally it's best to repair BOTH springs, since it is most likely going to fail soon. He then also needed to replace the coils on the rollers for the garage door. That changed my quote from $429 to final price being $568. I can understand the the coils, and not being aware of those until they arrived. BUT, I feel like it would have been nice if it was mentioned that I most likely needed to have the other spring replaced. I would have been better prepared for the price to jump. Other than that, the work was done well. It is very squeaky when opening the door, I'm hoping that will change with a little time.

They were able to come out the next business day for pricing, etc -- they installed then the NEXT day. The installer, Adam, was great, very professional and clean. He explained how everything worked before he left and even made a couple of small changes at our request.

I had Cincinnati Door & Opener replace my old garage door. They showed up on time and proceeded to remove my old garage door. The technician Adam was both courteous and professional. After installing the new garage door he went over everything for me and even added additional support to my existing garage door opener. The price charged was exactly what they quoted me -so no surprises. I would definitely use again and I was very impressed with the Company's representative Adam.

The cables to my garage door broke. I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a service call scheduled the next day - Saturday. Adam called first thing in the morning to remind me of the scheduled time frame of when to expect him. He called later saying he would arrive in 20-25 minutes which he did. He reviewed the work that would need to be done and took the time to explain the whats and hows of it. He was very polite and knowledgable. The work was completed in a timely fashion and Adam made sure I was satisfied with how the door operated. I am very pleased.

I needed a garage door spring replaced after it broke unexpectedly. I called round noon and they were able to send a service person later that day. Service person arrived about 2 hours after calling. He performed the replacement of the broken spring plus replaced a second spring on another door per my request. The work took 30 minutes. This included lubricating both of the doors/openers that were worked on plus lubricating a third door that was not worked on. Service person was prompt, polite and professional. I would absolutely use this company’s services in the future.

The technician arrived on time. The first challenge was to raise the garage door. This required two people, and I supplied assistance. The effort on my part presented no strain or danger. Once the door was up, the repair went quickly. Both cables were replaced. The operation of the door was thoroughly tested. The site was cleaned up. A bill was prepared and paid. And the technician was on his way. The door's operation since the repair has been consistent, reliable and much improved.
