Awesome! I have used David and Fabulous Floors many times in the past. He is always super responsive and his team does an amazing job with repairing & refinishing floors. I would recommend David and his team to any of my clients!

Will keep brief due to character limit. You get what you pay for. David did not reveal that this company uses subcontractors until they came out in a van for "JN Finished Floors" (does not come up on Google). Communication next to impossible without calling their bilingual manager I had never met, and who was dismissive of the issues I had once they were done. They did not mask/tape off ANYTHING and left a layer of dust all over the first floor from using it as their own personal woodshop. They cracked three tiles in the kitchen, killed part of my lawn from their equipment, and then declined to paint the risers without an upsell. Another reviewer on here mentioned they got their risers painted, so perhaps they used a more reputable subcontractor. I got stuck with the B-team, and they became uninterested and uncommunicative once work begun. I'm actually glad they didn't paint - why would I want them to with their carelessness on everything else? I know to investigate further next time.

The job went very well, they came on time and did a great job. Very happy with the out come of my floor, I would use them again.

They showed up on time, worked for a solid day on the steps and then stained them. Showed up the following evening to paint the risers. All in all a great crew that paid attention to detail and worked hard. I’d hire them again ….

Went great. Timely response during bid request, scheduling and during the job. Floors were sanded, stained a different color and finished...they look beautiful. The finish feels like it will last for years. Couldn't be happier.

I can't say enough about David and his crew! I found him on Angie's list with stellar reviews and was surprised to later see these reviews on Yelp. They are completely opposite from my experience. From the first conversation with David, to the final review of the work, the team was professional and focused on every detail. Our condo is in a converted schoolhouse and the floors (nearly 100 years old) had been painted multiple times. To say they were in bad shape is an understatement. The project leader, Milton, was friendly and the crew showed up on time and finished the project in the time promised. Most importantly, the floors look incredible. I would highly recommend David and his team.

Dave and his team were easy to work with, reliable and completed the project in time. They were competitively priced and their work product is excellent. The floors look great! I highly recommend them.

Our house was built in 1901. But, I wanted the original wood floors. They had been painted (in some areas twice) Fabulous floors came in and sanded them down and put a natural finish on them. They replaced boards were the old ones could not be saved. I'm surprised at how well it turned out. You the floor is smooth, but you can still see some of the history.

Fabulous Floors was punctual, professional, and best of all the floors looked amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of hard flooring done.

Before we moved into our new home, we wanted all the hardwood floors (which were badly stained and scratched from pets) completely resurfaced. This involved sanding, a dark stain, and polyurethane to seal. Not only did David respond promptly, he was the only one who could get the job done before we moved in, and was more competitively priced than other companies booking months out. It took them about a week, fitting our timeframe perfectly. We were very satisfied and would not hesitate to use Fabulous Floors again.
