Sam takes the prize in my book for his knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, and quality work at a fair price. He did what he said he would do when he said he would and for how much. Communication was clear and responsive. My two bathroom floors are absolutely beautiful and were done on time and on budget. He even installed two new toilets and a moisture proof underfloor in my master bath in case I want to remodel the shower in the future. Things I hadn't considered but so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised about how neat and clean he left the work areas and finished floors. He was stellar in every way and I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him or ask him to do another job. I've had several things redone in my place in the last two months and Sam and his work are miles above all the others.

Sam did a great job on installing our Luxury Vinyl Planks, Laminated Flooring and Quarter Round. We had 5 rooms done and are very happy with the results. Sam was awesome to work with! He installed the backsplash in a timely and professional manner. His craftsmanship and communication skills are excellent and went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing and rewiring a faulty outlet that would have potentially caused a fire! I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend his skills to any potential customer. Great work!

It was wonderful. He showed up on time for the estimate which rarely anybody does. He was very polite respectful he came when he said to do the job he did an excellent job. Worked very hard and couldn’t have asked for anything more and we’ve had a lot of work done lately with different categories in the house and we’re not happy with it but he did a great job on our floors and will need more floors in the future and will be calling him.

Sam Price was a fantastic tile installer! Our kitchen backsplash looks better than any Tile Store Display in Cincinnati!! Mr Price’s Laminate Floor install in two bedrooms is also perfect. I could have not imagined a better job from anyone!!

Mr Price installed Mokawk Rev Wood Plus in our Primary Bedroom and our Craftroom. He also installed a beautiful Marble Backsplash in our kitchen. The skill that went into the backsplash and the flooring was perfect. I am a very picky guy, and Sam just nailed it!!

Sam installed vinyl plank flooring in my 1942 Cape Cod. He was a pleasure to work with; on time, arrived on the expected day, finished the job, as well as some minor extraneous things like other trimming & stair trim. He’s professional & conscientious but also personable and easy to work with. He goes out of his way to make the job complete. Will definitely use Sam again. Great work.
