"We are very happy with our new (9/8/23) Fortress Floor. From the inquiry, the quoting process, scheduling, and installation the Fortress Floors Midwest team was outstanding. Each step was well managed by professional people and we got great results. Our job was a fairly simple two car garage that we actually use to park cars. The original concrete was pitted, the aggregate was coming up, and the concrete dust was overwhelming. The new floor fixed all of that and we can do simple new things like adding a fridge or a freezer and even walking barefoot in the garage again! We no longer track dust and pebbles into the house and we already see the difference inside. Probably most impressive was the teamwork across sales, scheduling, and installation. The small group we worked with: Amy, Michelle, and Jarrod and his team of two were fantastic. It is probably a small business thing, but they do seem to be organized to get projects done. "Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"
