I set up the appointment with Rita and she sent two handymen, Dave and Moe, who were punctual, courteous and did a great job. We noticed one of the toilets was wobbly after a couple of days of installation, so I called back to get the issue resolved. "I spoke to Mr. Prince by phone, and we scheduled an appt for the beginning of next week, Mr. Prince then called back a few hours later to say that he had a cancellation. and said that he was in the neighborhood and was available to complete the necessary work. I explained that I had a Dr's appt but if he could do the work even though I was not home, I said I would be there as soon as possible. He agreed. to start the work. I returned home and Mr. Prince was cleaning up as it started to rain. . He showed me the repairs that he had completed. We talked for a few minutes, and he told me about his company and what work they did. He was friendly and knowledgeable. "I hired Doug's Homes Services to replace a rim joist under our patio door that had water and termite damage. Once they removed the door, they realized that other wood needed replaced as well. They worked on it until everything was replaced and reinstalled the patio door. They kept me updated during the job. Doug charged a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed with their work.
