"The entire experience with Design Build was exceptional. We feel so fortunate to have selected them to complete our project. It turned out even better than expected and we enjoy it even more than anticipated. The only regret is that we didn't build it 5 years ago. David, his foreman Rick, the rest of his crews and subs were all very professional and responsive. They began the project when they said they would and were at our home every day working until it was completed. Even in freezing temperatures and snow! They were in good communication throughout the process making sure we were happy every step of the way. They've been doing this for a long time and their expertise shows, not just in the craftsmanship but in the guidance they provided to ensure we achieved our desired outcome. We've already referred them to our friends and neighbors and recommend them to anyone considering a new outdoor space."

"We were extremely fortunate to have Rob leading the renovation of the entire first floor of our 3k+ sq/ft home. It was a huge job; starting with the removal of a load baring wall in our kitchen. This specific task required several sub contractors that Rob coordinated with and executed flawlessly. Some other large tasks were assembling and installing wood cabinets (including soft close glides and hardware), installing vinyl plank flooring, custom range hood, custom stairway, custom wet bar, custom French doors and pocket door, bathroom vanity, and redesigning a fireplace mantle. Many of these tasks were not traditional requests, but Rob was more than willing to try new techniques to meet our specific needs. We really appreciated his positive attitude and genuine passion for his work. It should also be noted that we lived in our house full time while the renovation took place (to include our 3 young boys, ages 5,3 and 1.) Rob and his team went above and beyond to make sure our family could function in the kitchen at all times. They were also extremely patient and kind with our very curious boys. Rob and his team became our boys favorite people! We definitely plan to use Rob again for future home projects."

I set up the appointment with Rita and she sent two handymen, Dave and Moe, who were punctual, courteous and did a great job. We noticed one of the toilets was wobbly after a couple of days of installation, so I called back to get the issue resolved. Rita apologized and sent repairmen within 2 hours the same day and resolved the problem at no extra charge! We appreciate their professionalism and integrity in making sure the job is done right. "I hired Doug's Homes Services to replace a rim joist under our patio door that had water and termite damage. Once they removed the door, they realized that other wood needed replaced as well. They worked on it until everything was replaced and reinstalled the patio door. They kept me updated during the job. Doug charged a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed with their work. I highly recommend Doug's Home Services, and I plan to hire him again in the near future for other handyman jobs."
