He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. He gave us true white glove service—always professional, incredibly detail-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond. He kept us updated daily and weekly, made sure we understood what was happening, and double-checked every decision before moving forward. He was also incredibly respectful of our home. Even though it was a construction zone, we were genuinely amazed at how clean and well-kept everything was every single day. It made a huge difference and showed how much care he put into the project. Before wrapping up, he made sure every last detail was perfect before asking for our final review, and handled anything we asked for. We’re beyond happy with how everything turned out. "TJ completed the following projects at my home: - bathroom remodel to include new vinyl plank floor, removal of tub, installation of walk-in shower and new vanity, install of exhaust fan, and painting - half bath expansion by removing closet and installation of a stand up shower (requiring cutting concrete floor for plumbing), unique tile design install, moving electrical, vinyl plank flooring install, and painting - interior and exterior door installs - expansion of utility room to include moving a wall and plumbing for washer/dryer, building out of another wall, install of plank flooring, and painting TJ is an excellent craftsman and he produced top notch work on all aspects of my projects. TJ was always timely and completed the various stages of the project within our agreed upon budget. He was very diligent while handling all the unforseen issues and last minute changes suggested by my wife with extreme professionalism. "If you want a general contractor you can count on for quality work, look no further than Scott Padgett. His team completed the addition of a bedroom, bathroom, pantry and breeze way as well as additional concrete work including a parking pad and sidewalks to the front of the house. Scott was very good about making sure the quality of the work met his and our expectations and was done efficiently. Communication was good, and work was done as scheduled, the only delays were due to rainy weather. In addition to the original scope of work, Scott was able to include the installation of flooring and lighting in the original house to the scope."
