Tri State Complete Home Repair responded right away and within 24 hours of my search! Tim listened to my concerns and came up with a solution that works very well. So well in fact that I had them come to my house the next day and install hand rails at the entrance of my home. The workmanship was great and Jim, the carpenter was wonderful! He listened to our concerns, came up with a plan and made it work! The job he did was sturdy and very secure. The job site was totally cleaned up afterwards. They worked on it until everything was replaced and reinstalled the patio door. They kept me updated during the job. Doug charged a reasonable rate, and I was very impressed with their work.
