Yes, very good. Excellent. I've used them a couple of years ago. I have deck refinished and had a new roof put on. I think the roof was about $10,000 and the deck was closed to that also like $11,000. They did a tear off and replaced the roof and the existing deck it was 20 years old and they installed a new non-wood material. They are on time, good workers, extremely clean. Everything was picked up when they left. I mean you never knew they were here other than the work they did.

I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job. They did a beautiful job and we are very happy with it. We will have them back to do more work in the future. They are very reliable and they really know what they are doing. They cleaned up very well after themselves.

He is a very honest contractor. He has a great personality and he's great at staying positive and working things out with you. He also seems to be a perfectionist by nature which is good when he's working around the home. Once you get involved with him, he is also a great resource to continue to get other things done around the home and to save money.

I considered doing this projec myself but I am very glad I hired Sapp Builders to do this work. Their experience was noticable in the way they installed the decking, benches, and rebuilt the stairway. The installation process required clips being installed so that no nails or screws are visible on the decking or benches. You can tell this project was completed by someone that knows what they are doing.I would recommend Sapp Builders for any home remodel project or new home construction. Actually I took my own advice as I hired them to replace the 22 year old roof on our home. Again, the experince of a qualified builder shows in the quality of the finished project.
