After speaking with several pool contractors, all of whom either did not win our trust or they simply never got back to us, we found this incredible team. Throughout our journey towards pool ownership, we encountered many people, several bids from local pool contractors, and many disappointments. We soon came to learn that Advanced Backyard Solutions is a family-run business, and that is the essence of how they treated us from start to finish and beyond, like family. Our job was extremely difficult, a pool on a steep incline that would require terracing. Left cracked pavers on the front walkway, didn't do the drain to the street after 2 half days of being here. Refused to give me a refund for unused $ after I fired them. 9 hours of a mess cost me $2400! They are scammers with no experience."
