"As we have come to find out, getting someone to follow up on a work request is difficult. Companies don't return calls; make appointments and don't show; charge outrageous prices; do poor quality work. We contacted Mind Craft Masonry regarding a cinderblock retaining wall that needed repair. Ian Sr. returned our call promptly. He made an appointment to give a quote for the work and showed up on time. He was available quickly to do the job. He and his son showed up on time. The work was done beautifully. They cleaned up well and were friendly. What a great example of how a company should be run. Thank you!"

"Great to work with - good communication throughout the process . Quick response to my request for a quote which was competitive with others I received. Work was started when indicated. We had 2 retaining walls (the larger one 6.5 ft. tall x 43 ft) and steps replaced. The 2 person crew was on time, worked all day (weather permitting for February). Their work in integrating the steps was impressive; and we appreciated the precision in cutting the caps and ensuring the corners were mitered exactly. Looks great. We are very happy with the outcome and have some additional work we will be using them for in the future."

They were a couple months out and we set a date to rebuild Masonry walls (from a building fire), Rework Door Thresholds (to add a traditional garage door), and remove an old chimney. Matt even called the night before scheduled work was to commence to reconfirm. The team finished the job in 3.5 days and even patched a hole in my floor next to a door that wasn't in scope. Came in slightly under quote which helps the budget (we did not wind up needed as much replacement block). Great job guys, Thank you!"

He was able to helped me figure out my restainig wall design (he provided me several options to choose from), removed all the old landscaping (bushes and plants), trimmed one of our trees, put in the new retaining wall and added a few low maintenance plants (which is what I requested) and added some volcanic rock (for low maintenance). We are extremely happy with the end result. It was worth every penny."

"We hired Maxima Concrete after getting 3 estimates, they were competitively priced, and we saw the patio and walkway project they did for my sister last year and that turned out great. Tom the estimator had great input on what we had in mind. Jacquie in the office was friendly and very helpful answering questions as needed. Tear out and form setup was on July 16th a Friday. There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction. The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors. Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion."
