Richards Restoration

I got the sales pitch saying their reputation is on the line and their name is too important not to do a good job. I was happy that there were no subcontractors hired to do their work until I saw the results. The work was very poor. The masonry work was sloppy and the mortar was covering the brick on the edges. In some places over an inch and a half. I called Richard who came out to look at the work done. He agreed that the poor workmanship needed repaired and that they would work on the brick to repair their poor job. The excuses started. We are too busy. Just give us another week and a half. I naively believed him. After 7 phone calls and months of empty promises I am giving up.

We used Richard's Restoration to reduce a severely deteriorating walkway up to the house. There was mortar falling out and loose bricks. They came in (Richard was present daily), and did the job in such a quick amount of time. They end product was excellent, much better than we expected or hoped for. After seeing what they did to our house, neighbors also contacted Richard to have him fix their brick walkways. Excellent work. We would use him again.

They performed a high quality restoration at a reasonable cost and with excellent professionalism. They were prompt in providing an estimate and planned a timeline. The workers were courteous and respectful of the property. We are pleased and satisfied.

He was good. The owner/operator is Richard Parson. He does all the work and hires any subs as needed. He does really good chimney restoration work. He was very reasonably priced because we had all sorts of people come in to give us price quotes and they were outrageous. He gave us a really reasonable price and it was excellent. He was a very nice person and did good quality work. He was honest and had really high integrity.
