 + -1 moreSilvestri builds a fine home with many standard features that would cost extra with other builders. Specifically crown molding and additional trim work. They provide complete customization of floor plans and upgrades are at their cost at the various suppliers. We would be building with them again if they had lots in Dublin or Powell.

 + -1 moreWe were very happy with the quality of their homes and the ability to customize each option. They had many homes to choose from. We would have liked to have had the ability to walk through more homes to see the options available, however, they are not a track builder and so they did extend the offer for us to see homes under construction. The quality is oustanding! The housing market is really picking up...so the response time was a little slower than we hoped for. The pricing also has recently increased...as expected for an upswing market. We would recommend this organization based on what we experienced from them.
Description of Work: We were looking at home builders. Silvestri builds beautiful custom homes. We met with them to gather the specific options and detailed pricing.

Description of Work: The sales manager took an existing house plan and had their architect modify the plan to fit my requests. They were extremely easy to work with - would build with them again!
