"Deck Doctor recommended replacing my deck floor and top rails. During tear-off my old deck, they found a carpenter ant infestation, but still did not recommend replacing my spindles and railings. After 3-4 weeks of on-again/off-again appearances, my deck was completed. I did a walk-through inspection. The poor workmanship was readily apparent. Spacing was irregular and inconsistent. Floorboards were not nailed down and were spongy to walk on. Nails were rusty. Seams of boards were not inconspicuously placed, but were placed right in the middle of the floor, making it look unprofessional. Floorboards were of uneven lengths at the ends, causing fascia boards to not lie flush. Corners of fascia boards were not metered and corners did not match up. Floorboards were not secured to the sub-floor joists. Carpenter ants infested the spindles, which they said were fine. The whole deck had to be torn off. They charged me $7000.00 and now will not return calls or make it right."

TNT Services specializes in commercial power washing services. Our company has been in business for 30 years and is the largest power washing company in the Midwest. The trucks that we use hold up to 1,300 gallons of water on them. We offer various power washing services that include cleaning buildings, sidewalks, warehouses, parking garages and much more!
"Was quoted $350 to wash my 2500 sq ft house. Quote was in the form of a long email. This price was the most expensive of the 5 companies I considered. The email explained that they will bring water treated with reverse osmosis to the job which reacts better with their detergents and leaves windows without a film. My research did indicate that RO water does leave windows clearer, but other companies will offer this as an option for an additional charge ($35-50). Most companies I considered use your garden hose water (pre-heated from the previous job). For a house my size this equates to 40-50 gal and costs less than $1. I was not given the option to use my house water in the quote. The email also quoted me $125 to wash my 14' x 16' deck. I also asked to have a sealant applied, but this company does not offer that service (they referred me to a company that does). The price was the best of the 5 companies, so I decided to schedule just the deck washing. The reply I received said that the $125 was a discounted price, and if I just wanted the deck washing, then the price was going to increase to $185, which is the minimum charge for any service that they offer. The original email did not explain that the $125 was a discounted price. The email overselling their services and the deck washing price increase didn't leave a great impression, so I went with someone else."

"We had Buckeye State Cleaning Services clean our apartment today. When the cleaners left I noticed our tv stand still had lots of dust on it. So i notified the owner Daniel Garcia who offered for them to come back and dust it. I said no thank you and moved on. Later that day we noticed that there was a dirty soiled cleaning rag left on top of our clean clothes that we had folded on a shelf. I also let the owner Daniel know about this. His was response was extremely unprofessional. He said "your place was pretty bad and my cleaners transformed your place and youre making a big deal about a rag?" I will say also he sent me $50 back but after his insulting unprofessional response I would prefer a professional accomodating reply instead of any money back. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a cleaning service."
