"I have a dual fuel system with an furnace and an add-on heat pump.  The heat pump was around 14 years old and developed a freon leak and other problems.  I called our current HVAC provider and got a quote to replace which I thought was way out of line.   I then called Brandon Heating based on Angie's List recommendations.  The estimator was on time and professional.  He re-measured the house to confirm the heat pump capacity and gave a quote significantly below our current HVAC provider.  He also informed me of a FirstEnergy $400 rebate program which our current HVAC provider did not.  Their annual maintenance program cost was also 18% lower  than our current provider.  The installers came out at the agreed upon time the following week and replaced the heat pump in about 6 hours.  They were friendly and professional.  The worksite was clean when they left.  They also reviewed the settings on the thermostat.  The heat pump has run fine since the installation.  Based on our initial experience I would highly recommend Brandon."

"I could not be happier with Sal's Heating and Cooling. I bought a new furnace from Sal's, and everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. This included the salesman, the installers and the technicians who came back to get rid of a 'pop' I was hearing in my ductwork. They all made sure I was happy with the work that was done.. A very conscientious company. I will definitely recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC services!"

"I really am a stickler for good customer service and Sean fit the bill. He contacted me right away and we had an appointment within a week. Sean and his helper arrived and spent 2 hours cleaning our HVAC system, registers, and grills after a construction project. The environment was definitely cleaned from most of the drywall dust and I could tell the difference. I will be using him in the future."

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. The furniture was all placed back where it was, the basement was perfectly clean, and the house smelled better than it did before the cleaning. Thanks Productive! Highly recommended!"

"Excellent customer service! You can really tell Alex and his crew care about their customers! We had hired them to clean our duct work and they did a fantastic job. When they discovered there was installation inside our vents (yes you read that correctly, apparently at some point a previous owner thought this would be a good idea) my husband and I were stunned, the guys tried to clean it out as they went along, but realized they were literally PACKED full....they called alex and he came out less then 30 mins later to assess the problem. My husband I were so impressed by the customer service and quality of work that was done. They definately earned our business and we would recommend them to anyone!"

"Matt was by far the best contractor we have interacted with since moving into our new home. He quickly responded, called before coming out and showed up when he said he would.
