"Install crew was great. Owner Craig went through great lengths to make sure system size and model would be the best fit. After inspecting rooms that typically ran about 6 degrees warmer in summer or cooler in winter,installed another vent in one room,changed duct size and trunk line work for the other. Multiple times I was told that they wanted to make sure whole house was comfortable. Problem was resolved! Installed new carrier heat pump,fan coil/ac,humidifier and air cleaner box. This was 3rd quote and others similar in price but the customer experience and concern for addressing a long time room temperature balance issue was addressed and corrected.
