"I called in to set up an appointment for heater maintenance. A real person answers their phones, no automated voice w/ choices. That's always nice. They quickly handled getting an appt. time that worked with our schedule. The service person showed up on time, was polite and completed their work in a timely manner. As it turned out, they had forgotten to check our humidifier. We called in, and they apologized and immediately sent someone out to check it out. No problems. After this, they came out for a maintenance check on the a/c unit. Again, friendly service person who gave us some helpful info. on the life of our unit. "
"I could not be happier with Sal's Heating and Cooling. I bought a new furnace from Sal's, and everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. This included the salesman, the installers and the technicians who came back to get rid of a 'pop' I was hearing in my ductwork. They all made sure I was happy with the work that was done.. A very conscientious company. I will definitely recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC services!"
"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. The furniture was all placed back where it was, the basement was perfectly clean, and the house smelled better than it did before the cleaning. Thanks Productive! Highly recommended!"
"We have a lot of vents (3000 sq feet, so this cost us quite a few $ s, but no hidden fee s, owner is enthusiastic and we definitely notice a difference! If you are taking the time to get this done, you may as well do it right!"

Dry mode positively impacts indoor air quality by reducing excess moisture, which stops the growth of mold and mildew. By maintaining optimal humidity levels, dry mode creates a less hospitable environment for allergens and airborne pathogens, improving overall air quality. However, it's essential to ensure proper ventilation to prevent stale air accumulation.

You can buy R-22 refrigerant for your home air-conditioning system through your local AC repair specialist, who can also refill your R-22 system as needed. AC leaks are common, and an HVAC pro can usually fix them. You may be able to resolve some leaks on your own, but a professional HVAC technician should handle most AC leak repair. If left ignored, an AC leak could cause serious damage to your system or leave you with expensive water damage, usually leading to more costly repairs or replacements.
