"I called in to set up an appointment for heater maintenance.  A real person answers their phones, no automated voice w/ choices.  That's always nice.  They quickly handled getting an appt. time that worked with our schedule.  The service person showed up on time, was polite and completed their work in a timely manner.  As it turned out, they had forgotten to check our humidifier.  We called in, and they apologized and immediately sent someone out to check it out.  No problems.  After this, they came out for a maintenance check on the a/c unit.  Again, friendly service person who gave us some helpful info. on the life of our unit.

I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there.
