"I really am a stickler for good customer service and Sean fit the bill. He contacted me right away and we had an appointment within a week. Sean and his helper arrived and spent 2 hours cleaning our HVAC system, registers, and grills after a construction project. The environment was definitely cleaned from most of the drywall dust and I could tell the difference. I will be using him in the future."

For example, if you live in a very dry area and have a self-evaporating unit, you may not need to drain your portable AC very often at all. Some units may automatically drain collected moisture out the window through their exhaust vent.

If your AC unit isn’t cooling and you haven’t figured out why, there are a few good reasons to turn it off ASAP.
