"Technician did interior and exterior inspection and maintenance.  Replaced needed part and informed me that we should be considering a replacement furnace as ours is from 1986.  His concern was that if a major part failed, it would probably be impossible to get a part.  He left information on a furnace but in no way pressured a sale.  All service covered under the agreement ($320 for 2 years) but part was additional.
