"I received a prompt reply when I purchased the deal on Angie's list, the appointment was set up for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was friendly. He did his work, then went to turn on the furnace, and couldn't due to a rollout condition showing that I needed a new heat exchanger. My part was under warranty, but it is Goodman brand, and Quality is not a Goodman dealer, so they couldn't do the work. He did say I could use a new furnace because the one I have is a 100,000btu, and my house only needs an 80,000btu.
Only reason I would not use this company again is because they do not primarily service the brand furnace I have in my house.

Changed rating of professionalism to A, as employee no longer works there, and it was against policy in the first place to smoke on my property. Company overall is professional."
