"For a variety of reasons that are no reflection on Brandon, we did not have them install our HVAC system, but I think they are an excellent company and I feel certain they would do excellent work. Mike came to our house and did a very thorough job of measuring all the rooms and explaining to me the different furnace and AC options. He was patient and thorough and very knowledgeable. I like the fact that Brandon is a Carrier supplier, as I was looking for a top rated brand. Their price was not the lowest but it was competitive. I will definitely consider them for future projects.

I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. "Josh came out and completed a plumbing assessment of our home. He pulled the toilet above the leak and noticed that the previous homeowner improperly installed the toilet. Based on this, he believed this was the source of the leak. He presented us with pre-bundled repair options, and we elected to have him repair the toilet and add some caulking to the back of the access panel for our tub. That total came to about $800. The leak in the ceiling continued, and the next day water was pooling around the bathroom toilet. Two more repair techs came out soon after (the team was very responsive), and said that the tank to bowl screws needed replaced after the toilet was moved. We paid $160 more dollars, hoping this would end the leak. The leak continued. I discovered that our old steam radiator in the bathroom was leaking water into the floor, and asked that the crew come back out to again try to confirm that this was our mystery leak. The third time, they put a hole in the kitchen ceiling. Josh came out a 4th time several days later (after we turned the water off to the radiator) to tighten and clean our radiator in the bathroom, as well as a radiator in the master bedroom that was doing the same thing. This appears to have solved our leak. Pros: - This company appeared to really want to do the right thing and solve our problem. - They were responsive - They seemed honest - They did not charge us for return visits, and offered to pay to bring an HVAC professional in as needed. Cons: - In spite of a complete "home plumbing inspection", the correct reason for the leak was not initially identified, leading to 3 extra visits from this team, and more expenses - Bundled work costs are a good idea, but they keep the consumer from getting a clear price breakdown for parts vs. labor Overall Rating: B"
