"Our furnace stopped blowing hot air, so we looked for HVAC contractors on Angie's List and found K&K. We called them at 9 PM and they quickly picked up and offered to come out the same night. It could wait, so we scheduled the appointment for the next day. Jesse Lihwa showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He had exactly the right specialized equipment and experience to quickly diagnose the immediate issue. Furthermore he also found and fixed the underlying calibration issue to prevent it from happening again. He also worked well with the home warranty representative on the phone to get us the most compensation possible. I was extremely pleased and would definitely use them again."

"Darren arrived on time . He provided the following service: (furnace clean) Checked the air filter, blower, flame sensor, ignition, burners, exchangers, flame safety, pressure safety, 3.1 wc gas outlet temperature rise rated @ 30-60/50 actual, 83.9 efficient, 63 ppm Co AF . The furnace was operating properly. The furnace is aging and when we need to replace it we will use Branden."

"I could not be happier with Sal's Heating and Cooling. I bought a new furnace from Sal's, and everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. This included the salesman, the installers and the technicians who came back to get rid of a 'pop' I was hearing in my ductwork. They all made sure I was happy with the work that was done.. A very conscientious company. I will definitely recommend Sal's Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs HVAC services!"

"I really am a stickler for good customer service and Sean fit the bill. He contacted me right away and we had an appointment within a week. Sean and his helper arrived and spent 2 hours cleaning our HVAC system, registers, and grills after a construction project. The environment was definitely cleaned from most of the drywall dust and I could tell the difference. I will be using him in the future."

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. When the job was completed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. The furniture was all placed back where it was, the basement was perfectly clean, and the house smelled better than it did before the cleaning. Thanks Productive! Highly recommended!"

"Dwight was very responsive, persistent trouble shooter, clearly with tons of experience, and personable. Solved my Hvac problem quickly, and will definitely hire him again."

"They did a great job and were extremely efficient and quick, would recommend highly to anyone needing a roof , gutters or any hvac work done"
