The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

"The technician arrived in the scheduled time given (10-11 am).  He was clean and well spoken.  We went down to the basement where he told me what he was going to do to service the air conditioner.  He discussed filter options with me and made sure I had the correct size to purchase new filters when necessary.  He spent about 45 minutes cleaning and servicing the unit.  He explained what we could do to keep our upstairs cooler.  (Our home is holder and doesn't have return exchanges for the heating/cooling).  This company also honored a coupon that was on Angie's list (though it had expired)...Love that!!  I would definitely use Brandon Heating and Cooling again.

"We had the BEST EXPERIENCE with the vents cleaned in our home. They changed the filter for us that we had at home. It was appreciated. They also cleaned the dryer vent. That was also very much appreciated. The air in the house is fresh now. You actually notice the difference. They are professional. The service provided was efficient, friendly and a job well done. "Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.
All in all, nice job.

"I asked Alex to look if Duct cleaning will help to resolve my problem with poor temperature control in my guest room, especially on hot summer day. Alex thoroughly investigated the condition of the air flow in several rooms by using a special flow meter and thermometer. And he showed me, with the data in hands, that there is no actually problem of restricted flow from supply registers. Alex suggested me to consider a very inexpensive DIY solution: moving up 4 feet the return register in the problem room on a summer time, and keep it close to the floor on a winter time. Alex also educated me about potential problems with asbestos resulting from duct cleaning in the old houses.
