"The technician arrived in the scheduled time given (10-11 am).  He was clean and well spoken.  We went down to the basement where he told me what he was going to do to service the air conditioner.  He discussed filter options with me and made sure I had the correct size to purchase new filters when necessary.  He spent about 45 minutes cleaning and servicing the unit.  He explained what we could do to keep our upstairs cooler.  (Our home is holder and doesn't have return exchanges for the heating/cooling).  This company also honored a coupon that was on Angie's list (though it had expired)...Love that!!  I would definitely use Brandon Heating and Cooling again.

"Productive was recommended to me by a professional HVAC contractor. He said that he had been recommending them for 20 years. He was right to do so, the team from Productive was excellent. I have a 100 year old house in Lakewood, OH. The ducting had been replaced with a new furnace in 2000, and I felt that it was time for a cleaning. There are a lot of runs to all of the rooms in the house. Even so, the Productive team arrived on time, were very clean and professional, and got the job done in just over 2 hours. I was very impressed. It was a rainy day, but the techs made sure to cover their shoes every time they came back into the house. "Excellent customer service! You can really tell Alex and his crew care about their customers! We had hired them to clean our duct work and they did a fantastic job. When they discovered there was installation inside our vents (yes you read that correctly, apparently at some point a previous owner thought this would be a good idea) my husband and I were stunned, the guys tried to clean it out as they went along, but realized they were literally PACKED full....they called alex and he came out less then 30 mins later to assess the problem.
