"Jeff works with Mark at W.C. Stephens & Co for cabinets and counters. Mark is extremely experienced and can design and customize the space over and over until you get what you envision - layout, materials, appliances, everything. Everything is communicated professionally. After we got everything lined up with Mark, we lined up the schedule with Jeff. The wait list was 6 months at least for Jeff to get started, which we saw as a good sign, and it was well worth the wait. After demo, James comes in and makes his magic with the flooring. James works at a steady pace, but is thorough and careful in his approach. Everything needs to line up straight and level before he moves to the next tile. He doesn't just slap it down and grout it. After the floor is finished, Jeff's team comes in and does drywall where needed. Then cabinets and appliances, and finally countertops and backsplash (James comes back for that). All in all it was a long process, nearly 8 weeks, but it was worth all of it because the kitchen is perfect. The bathroom went much faster. Throughout this entire process, the schedule was communicated clearly, and questions were answered promptly. We knew what was going to happen next, and when, which was very reassuring. Additionally, little things would pop up (in our case, a gas leak which needed to be repaired quickly. Jeff's team sprang into action and closed off the leak without being asked and without extra charge.) which are managed no questions asked. Jeff's price was a little higher in the quoting process than other contractors, but I knew I was buying 1. communication, 2. quality and craftsmanship, and 3. that attitude of taking care of the little things that pop up without hesitation. We have a master bathroom project coming up soon, so if you want Jeff, get him before we do!"

"The mold and asbestos testing was done was in my chimney down into the basement and also went into my furnace. I looked at the basement walls about 10 in. was back with mold and also tested my furnace was a 9 on toxic level. They came in removed all mold and waterproofed basement installed new sump pump and also air purifier system it was worth the money. Now no one has to worry about breathing in toxic poisoning. Chris and Nick did an excellent job for Stay Dry."

"Mark was impressive. He had me send him photographs of the interior of my dishwasher and the model number prior to his visit. When he tested the dishwasher, it did drain. I paid him for the visit, however he told me that if the dishwasher didn’t drain again within 90 days, he would return at no extra charge. I did have a problem within a week and Mark returned and observed the that the dishwasher wasn’t aligned correctly when it was originally installed. He successfully repaired the dishwasher and was also willing to complete two other minor repair tasks for a reasonable fee. Mark is highly personable and I would certainly contact him again if I needed repairs on any of my appliances."
