"The company was on top of their game to make sure my shower was exactly how I wanted it. There was a miscommunication with the shower doors and the company took care of it immediately, I am extremely satisfied with the way it was handled."

"I called for some various home repairs, but once a leak was discovered in the flooring, Joe and his team agreed to complete a fast turn bathroom remodel. He was thorough, attentive to detail, and incredibly communicative. The quality of the work was really good across the board. He was always on time and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process, making recommendations and problem solving on the fly, even responding late nights and weekends. He was gracious with issues that arose throughout the project and Dedicated to making sure things happened just the way I wanted. He took the additional time to do things the right way and make sure everything would be easier to address if future issues arise. He and the team were amazing with my three dogs and cared for my house the way I would, ensuring things were cleaned up each day. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend this team for any project."

"Had Mr. Froehle come out to replace my toilet flange and reset my toilet. It was loose and shifting before he came. He had me test it myself to make sure it wouldn?t move like before. He cleaned up after himself and even fixed my leaking toilet supply valve when it was dripping. I?ll definitely be using him again."

Small jobs welcome

"Jeremy has done excellent job, we had a toy stuck in toilet commode, he used a tool and took it out without need to completely dismantle the commode. He also accepted another task of removing broken pipe on the hose on the spot, I really appreciate Jeremy thanks for excellent work. I highly recommend Jeremy."

Percolation Tests questions, answered by experts

Unlike some home problems, such as water damage or pest infestations, asbestos can be very difficult to spot. Asbestos is a mineral in the form of microscopic fibers and was previously used in building materials for its bonding and fireproofing abilities. Insulation, roof shingles, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, pipe wrappings, soundproofing materials, and textured paint features like popcorn ceilings are common sources of asbestos, particularly in homes built before 1980.

Age is perhaps the biggest indicator of asbestos, as legislation passed in the 1970s labeled asbestos as dangerous and regulated its use in building materials. Signs of age in the form of wear and tear or material degradation are also indicators that asbestos fibers may be leaking into the air, but ultimately, it’s difficult to detect with the naked eye. If you have reason to suspect asbestos in your home, it’s best to hire a certified asbestos inspector.

Costs depend on property size, test types, and additional services like mold sampling.

It is strongly advised not to touch or disturb asbestos-containing materials unless necessary. Asbestos fibers can be released into the air when the material is damaged or disturbed, posing serious health risks if inhaled. It is best to leave any handling of asbestos to trained professionals who can remove the asbestos safely.

Damaged tiles can release asbestos fibers into the air. Anyone in the surrounding area who may inhale the fibers will have them settled in the lining of internal organs. Over time, it may lead to serious health conditions such as lung cancer and mesothelioma.

The only safe way to prevent these conditions is to avoid exposure to asbestos at all costs, even for a short period of time.

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), you should contact the following officials to report a case of asbestos exposure:

  • Asbestos subject matter experts in your state

  • EPA regional office

  • Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Assistance Information Service Hotline via mail, email, or phone

  • EPA’s Asbestos Ombudsman via phone or fax
