"Very pleased. Best carpet cleaning I've ever had. Not even close. He did say that the carpets will be dry in three or so hours and I think it was longer than that but still, they were dry much sooner than all previous cleaners that used the steam method. But bottom line, the carpets are as clean as they been since they were new. Will definitely hire again."
