It went great! Jennifer answered all of my many questions first via email and then in person when she dropped off and set up the testing machine. Even gave me a discount because she was running late on top of the discount for having a mutual friend! Test went great! Jennifer quickly responded to some questions i texted to her and was right on time to pick up the machine. Was very friendly to my Pug both times she was here. Very important :) Emailed me a very thorough report. Would strongly recommend her service!

My experience with Radon Diva was the way I wish every home-improvement service could be! To begin, Jenn answered my initial email very promptly and decisively, which is a big help for busy people. It was easy to make an appointment for her to come over to set up the radon testing machines. She also let me know ahead of time, via email, about the environmental requirements during the testing (closed windows, etc.) so that it wouldn't just be sprung on me at the time for the test—that was also appreciated. When she came to set up the machines, she was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about radon, how air moves in houses, etc. She took care to place the machines in the correct spot, and really cared about getting an accurate reading. When it was time to pick up the machines, she printed out the results and discussed them with me, and also later sent me a more detailed report in an email for my own filekeeping. She was always on time, there were no billing surprises, and I just wish every project could go as smoothly.
