"The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation)."

"Chilly provided absolutely awesome service! Our initial call to them was regarding an estimate for replacing our AC unit. We had a return call within 30 minutes and they also stopped by the same day to give the estimate. While they were here we asked about the winter tune-up/cleaning and scheduled for the following week. Chilly made a courtsey call 30 mins prior to arriving at our home and was right on time. They inspected, cleaned and tested our unit. Additionally, the kept us informed of potential issues and possible improvements to keep in mind for the future, considering our unit is quite old. We had also scheduled a cleaning/tune-up for a rental property the same day. Chilly completed the service at our home and patiently waited at the rental property for the arrival a tenant who was supposed to be there, but wasn't at the time. Once they arrived, service was completed and another awesome job! Sam (owner/operator) is always responsive and quick to return calls. He even returned a message I left at 6pm one day the same evening! Without a doubt, I will be using Chilly again for regular service and also replacement of our AC unit in the near future."

"Mark was impressive. He had me send him photographs of the interior of my dishwasher and the model number prior to his visit. When he tested the dishwasher, it did drain. I paid him for the visit, however he told me that if the dishwasher didn’t drain again within 90 days, he would return at no extra charge. I did have a problem within a week and Mark returned and observed the that the dishwasher wasn’t aligned correctly when it was originally installed. He successfully repaired the dishwasher and was also willing to complete two other minor repair tasks for a reasonable fee. Mark is highly personable and I would certainly contact him again if I needed repairs on any of my appliances."
