Family noticed water pouring into the utility room downstairs on a sunday. I called and Mr Calla was able to come within the hour of when i called. turns out the issue was a deep clog and he got that out quickly. If i ever need a plumber, his will be first number i call.

When do you pay $199 per hour for a new water heater install? When I fool like me pays it. I am a DIY-er myself and remodeling my home by myself. I am bad at soldering copper pipe and I wanted a professional doing the job although nowadays with SharkBite connectors they make it easier. I was clear from the beginning that it was going to be a new water heater install and that the old one was still working. I decided to go with a 60 gallon hybrid water heater, my old one was a 50 gallon and already repaired a few times so time for a new one. I called them and two days later two people showed up to install and then I heard that the install price was $199 per hour which I thought was steap but they were at my house and I thought it would be a job for only a couple of hours so I let them continue. After a couple of hours they were still messing around with emptying the pipes which I thought was weird. They completed the job after 3 3/4 hours and gave me a bill for $1,067.57. They used material that costs at HD about $75 but charged me about $200 for it. The next day I come in my basement and one of the soldered connected sprayed water all over the place in my basement. My basement is storage but still a lot of stuff got damaged. They came back the same day and fixed it and guess what, they used SharkBites which I could've done myself.

I'd hire Pat again in a heartbeat! He came over a couple of hours after I called him, right after the holidays. He worked to clear out the drain, something that another plumber couldn't get accomplished. Anyhow got it open very quickly and charged a very reasonable rate. Couldn't be any happier. Thank you Pat!

Went great! He was here at 3:30 PM It was a pinhole leak in the copper pipe at the top of the hot water heater. He had it fixed and out the door in less than thirty minutes. He also loosened a stuck handle on the utility room faucet. No charge. He gave me a price for replacing the kitchen sink fixtures. It was reasonable. I will have he back to do the kitchen sink faucet as soon as I can find the right fixture. Great! Very satisfied with the quality of the work and his punctuality and price.

Great!!!!! Plumber answered initial phone call on a Saturday while on another emergency call. Called back to verify my address and soon was at the door. Diagnosed the problem and completed repair in a timely and professional manner. This plumber is very familiar with old homes and has always provided excellent service.
