"Blue Chip Painting did an awesome job on our exterior painting for the trim and gutters. Also power washed and stained our deck and fence. The excessive heat caused some minor issues on the decking and Ralph sent his team over immediately to fix the areas. Ralph is so professional and courteous."

"There aren’t enough words to say how great 360 Painting of Cincinnati does their work. It is the end of the outdoor painting season & Eduardo came the day I called for a quote on our trim. He worked it into his schedule & work was completed in time. From meeting Eduardo for the quote to his crew, everyone was thorough & polite. The day of painting there was a supervisor on site, working with the crew. On the day of painting Eduardo found a hole in a soffit & with our approval repaired, along with some additional changes we requested. Once work was completed, Eduardo came by & inspected to be sure all work was done & cleanup was completed to our satisfaction. Should we need painting inside we will call Eduardo. We highly recommend 360 Painting of Cincinnati."

The active work time is generally about one hour for every 10 to 20 linear feet of fencing.

If your cedar fence is new, don’t delay. Unlike treated pine, you don’t need to wait months for the wood to dry out for it to accept stain. With cedar, the sooner, the better. Seal cedar within two weeks of installation to prevent the sun from fading its red color.

To prevent a fence from becoming dirty, hose it down weekly and after every time you mow the lawn. This will prevent algae from being able to feed on grass clippings. You should also wash your fence once per season and trim plants so they don’t touch it. As a precautionary measure, you can treat your fence with a coating of a mold prevention product.

For homes in areas with extreme weather, high heat, or intense sun exposure, high-quality acrylic paint is the best option.
