"We've been very pleased with Luzia's cleaning. We began using them in Spring, 2010, every 2 weeks, after "firing" our previous housecleaning service for lack of integrity and poor-quality work. Adrianna, the owner, is very professional and customer service oriented, and she personally comes out to assess your home, explain her service, and give an estimate. She even personally cleaned the house with her staff during the initial extreme deep cleaning in order to get a feel for what her crew will need to do with ongoing cleanings (and boy, this was a deep cleaning as they were there over 8 hours cleaning--and this was after we had been using a previous service for 5 years!) Luzia's Cleaning always start their weekly/biweekly cleaning service with an initial "deep clean". The start-up, initial deep clean is pricey, but is well-worth even that initial cost-- ($400 for a 2-story 4 bedroom home). After the deep clean, our home never shined so well--they got up in the ceiling fans, scrubbed down tops of cupboards and crown molding, cleaned out fireplaces, as well as windows, baseboards, and bathrooms and shelves and light fixtures, and vacuumed upholstered furniture, got underneath furniture. etc. After the first deep clean, the price drops to a weekly or bi-weekly maintenance fee. (We pay $110-$140--the price is dependent on the size of one's home and frequency of cleaning.) She sends out the same 2 to 3 people each time, so they get to know your home. Both male and female cleaners are on our team (which is nice, as the gentleman can do the heavier stuff like lift furniture or reach higher) and they are prompt, courteous, remove their shoes before entering, thorough, bring their own supplies and vacuum system, and follow your requests (for example, I wanted less bleach to be used and more vinegar used for general cleaning due to our septic system's sensitivity). We couldn't be more pleased with Luzia's cleaning and feel they do an excellent job at a fair price. We love coming home to our home after Luzia's team has been there."
