"The job, for the most part, went pretty well.  We did have some issues along the way but I think Jake handled them as best as he could given the situations.  While I realize most construction jobs never go perfectly due to weather, supplies, and other things, I think Jake did what was necessary to make my wife and I happy with the end result.  Overall we are very happy with the pond and I would recommend Jake and Perfect Ponds to others.

"CHANGING TO NO COMMENTS. FILED COMPLAINT WITH LANDSCAPER AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

1st Project: June 2010 -- As of July 2011, towers leaning, pavers beginning to have crack and wear. Hiring another landscaper to come out and make repairs.

"It went very well. I purchased the aeration in February and the coupon said you must have the service by August 31, 2014. I  e-mailed them and requested a visit in September if possible and they honored that request.  Very professional workers.
