"After receiving many overpriced estimates and being told we'd have to rip out the entire shower because the builder (who's been in the news a lot lately) cut corners and did not put cement board under the tile, Dan assured us that we only needed to have the wall fixed. We found matching tile and he came out right after Christmas to fix it. He also told us what to use to seal the grout since the previous homeowners had never done so. He also tiled over our ugly brick fireplace (also poorly done by the builder). Not only did Dan tile over the fireplace, but he created a work of art! It is absolutely beautiful! The cuts for the tile were made with great care and precision. Dan even tiled with a pattern that enhanced the detail in the mantle. I am thoroughly impressed with how much pride Dan takes in his work! He also was very careful and cleaned up afterwards. Dan also went out of his way to find edging that matched our fireplace doors!"
