This is the third time we've had Adam from Old Hilliard Plumbing out to do a repair. Although the company's service call fee is a little on the high side, I have always appreciated that Adam has repaired things rather than automatically recommending total replacement, saving time and money. He is courteous and takes the time to talk through the problem and solution with me. So many service people these days try to jack up the costs for services and parts but this has not been my experience with Old Hilliard Plumbing. Would highly recommend them.

This company was fantastic to work with. The service was punctual and professional. They really helped me out by fixing my leak promptly and gave me peace of mind to install a shut off valve for an outside faucet. I highly recommend them.

Person from Old Hilliard Plumbing arrived at appointed time. Person was very professional, and answered all my concerns and questions. Backflow testing is a bit pricey, but given that all inquiries were answered, it was worth the extra expense.

Adam and Joe did an excellent job on all items replaced.

Repair on the toilet with the broken bolt was completed successfully with only a few new parts needed. The replacement of flappers and fill valves went very smoothly. Service person explained what the problems were and what the "fix" entailed. Price was very reasonable for the work that was done.

They've become our regular plumbing company.Well once you have a relationship with the company when you have a problem and you call them and tell them you have a problem. We called them and they came right out that day to help us.We had a bunch of plumbing work done.

Joe V. was professional, friendly, conscientious, and explained everything that was needed as he went along. Based on this experience, we would definitely call them first the next time. Note: We have used Jack L. Wood Plumbing for years and frequently - just last month, in fact. But they seem to have no regard for loyal customers. No matter when you call or what you need, it is always a week before they can come - unless, of course, you want to use their "emergency service" which is the same day at a higher rate. Let's face it, how many plumbing emergencies can wait a week? Not sure if it's new management or change in policies. In any case, we will likely call Old Hilliard first the next time we need plumbing services.
