A subsequent visit revealed that it had even worse structural issues than originally thought, and we decided to convert to an electric fireplace to avoid the higher costs of restoring it. Kevin and Tyson arrived on time, provided friendly service and completed the installation in a professional manner. The one area I think could stand improvement is communication with the homeowner when questions arise about estimates, fireplace products, etc. But I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again."

"Needed someone to come and look at our gas fireplace. Itâ s never been maintained and I could always feel cold or warm air coming into our living room. Pat the field service tech was GREAT! He took the time to explain how the fireplace worked, what the different parts were for, how to clean and what not to use on the fireplace. Apparently my fireplace is supposed to have the air flow, who knew? Pat took the time to clean the glass and paint the inside, adjusted the logs inside. It literally looks like a new fireplace.
