"They called to say they were on the way; arrived right on schedule. They pumped out the tank and said the tank was in good shape. A problem was found with the line coming from the house - totally unrelated to the septic tank. They did as much as they could do, but recommended hiring a plumber to come in and scope the line with a camera. I have arranged for this to be done in the next week or two. The two men from AAA Wastewater were very helpful, and courteous! I would definitely hire them again and will be happy to recommend them to others needing septic service! The bill was less than I expected! I am extremely pleased with the service from this company! The total price included a senior discount, which was offered without my asking!"

"Warning: Called on a Thursday because I was concerned over a gas leak. I had already checked it myself, but I wanted a professional’s opinion as this is a potentially serious issue. I was advised of a $60 service charge, which was fine. They came out the next day, and I came home from work early to let the them in the house and show them the problem. I was then advised it was going to be $300 for them to check the line (aka spray more soap on the line). At this point, I was concerned over a potential gas leak and already took time off work, so I allowed it. Retrospectively, I should’ve declined. There was no gas leak found, and the man was at my house for no more than 15 minutes. I believe the worker felt bad as he offered a $25 deduction in price. I am not familiar with prices for such services, but after digging further, I have found this to be extraordinarily high. I would absolutely advise anyone to steer clear of this company if all services are priced in this manner. I would have never had them come to my home in the first place if I knew that would be the cost of their service. My father spoke to the owner of the company, Paula, as he was upset for me in this situation, and she was less than pleasant nor understanding. I would like to see a price breakdown for how the $300 cost is calculated. Again, I could’ve declined, but I am speaking for those, like myself, who don’t know any better and who might not have the time off work to consult multiple companies. Avoid."

When I finally received my rugs back after 6 weeks—far beyond the promised 2-3 weeks—I was horrified to find bright blue spots all over one of the rugs. When I contacted the company about this issue, they had the audacity to claim that these spots were already there before they took my rugs. This is an outright lie. My rugs were in excellent condition, without any blue spots, before I handed them over for cleaning. The delay in returning my rugs and the blatant dishonesty about the damage they caused are unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Widmer’s Cleaners for their rugs to look elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism, integrity, and care for their customers' belongings is appalling. Unless you want to risk them being returned in worse condition than when you sent them out."
