Founded in 1954, we are a growing family owned and operated business headquartered in Warren County, Ohio. Now in the second generation of the DeHart family, we are still locally owned and operated serving the entire Southwest Ohio communities for more than 61 years! We are successful because we love what we do! We answer our phones and pride ourselves in taking excellent care of our customers. Our service technicians and staff are all certified by the industry’s leading authority, National Association Wastewater Technicians (NAWT). We believe in training and education and like to keep our customer informed about their septic system. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We recycle all of the wastewater received so this eliminates any trip charges for you, our customer. Give us a call, you will be glad you did!

They called to say they were on the way; arrived right on schedule. They pumped out the tank and said the tank was in good shape. A problem was found with the line coming from the house - totally unrelated to the septic tank. They did as much as they could do, but recommended hiring a plumber to come in and scope the line with a camera. I have arranged for this to be done in the next week or two. The two men from AAA Wastewater were very helpful, and courteous! I would definitely hire them again and will be happy to recommend them to others needing septic service! The bill was less than I expected! I am extremely pleased with the service from this company! The total price included a senior discount, which was offered without my asking!

They arrived as scheduled and went right to work inspecting then pumping out the septic tanks. They gave a good description of the condition of the system and a recommended time for the next inspection/pump activity.

AAA Wastewater came highly recommended from a friend who used them for their septic needs and I was not disappointed. They did the work they were hired to do as well as some quick repairs while on-site. They answered all my questions. The result is that I have an excellent understanding of the configuration and condition of the septic system. The cost of the service was high because they had to come back later with an excavator to dig through large roots to gain access to the septic tank. They spent about 6 hours on site dealing with our complicated situation. They were intent on getting the job done right. I would recommend them.

Talked to them the next day about cost of service and they told me some companies charging less may not be completely removing sludge from the tank since they have to pay more when the septic co has to have it removed from their tanks.  We need to check by looking down into the tank when they are finished.  They gave me lots of information on this service.  They did a good job and got here the next day Monday .  I was glad they even answered the phone on Sunday.

It was my first time using the company and the service went well. Their pricing depends on the size of the tank. They were very flexible with our schedule. Even though their truck broke down, they still came out to make sure the job was done the same day. They had great communication skills through email and phone. I had confidence in their work.

I called AAA Wastewater based on reviews on this website. They called the local inspector to find out why my system failed and called me back within a day or so. They said the type of system was not one they normally work on and they recommended someone who is the expert in our county on those types of septic systems. AAA Wastewater was incredibly responsive and helpful...even when they knew I would not be using them to service my septic system. They really went above and beyond. Outstanding.

Everyone from the office staff to the guys on the truck were extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable.  I scheduled my appointment well in advance. The office team patiently answered all my questions and added me to a reminder service. The guys on the truck arrived (early no less!) and showed me how the system worked (I'm accustomed to city sewage not homestead septic) and merrily set off about their task. They finished quickly and set everything back to rights.  I will definitely use them again.

Service performed was excellent and the technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint was that we were rescheduled 3 times at the last minute causing us to waste a lot of our day. The rescheduling was caused by unusually cold weather and a frozen pump, so I still would rate the overall service as A despite the inconveniences.
