Excellent service in a timely manner. Came out within 5 days when other plumbers were two-three weeks out. Family owned business. Easy to setup a service appointment. Hired Ron to install a new toilet, vanity and touchess faucet in our recently remodeled powder room. Seemless installation at very reasonable rates. Will hire Steigerwald in the future for our new laundry room and master bath projects.

They are good with their work and I'm pleased with them.

We have used Steigerwald before and they have always been there when we needed them. They have replaced our sump pump several times and have stood behind their work. They are a good company that treats customers fairly and honestly. We will continue to use them for future plumbing needs.

Steigerwald was extremely prompt and helped to get our water heater replaced as quickly as possible. They came and had the the work done within a few hours and hauled away our old unit as well. I'd definitely recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

Ron came out on fairly short notice on a Saturday.  He was very friendly, professional and took care of a list of mounting issues in a fairly short amount of time.  I am one of those bad Angie's list members who doesn't leave a ton of reviews, but I was so happy with the work done and the fair price that I made myself leave a review in this instance.  I will definitely use Steigerwald Plumbing for any future plumbing issues or needs.

They were able to come the next day to evaluate the situation and replace it two days later.

Ron was great he explained the repairs in detail. Ron was on time, and professional, he left both areas clean after completion of the repairs.

We had a stream of water coming down the  walls in the basement and had no idea what was causing such a large leak.  This was a significant problem, causing us to shut off the water to the whole house.  We called Steigerwald Plumbing and they were able to come out within hours and find the source of the leak and fix the problem!   I am very satisfied with the level of service and expertise that they provided and will continue to use them any time I need a plumber. A+!

They are wonderful and wouldn't use anyone else.  I would give them excellent across the board.  They have come quickly.  They have done what they say they are going to do.  They have given me estimates for things I'm going to have done in the future.  They are great.  Everything is working absolutely fine since they did the repairs. 

Job turned out to be more difficult than the regular drain clog.  they handled it like pros that they are.

It took approximately 2 hours to get the sink unclogged but the plumber worked very diligently at the problem.  We have had problems prior because the pipe is long and apparently not slanted enough.  Great job.  Great clean up. Very personable and professional.

The good part is they set me up for an appointment pretty fast. They took a 1/2 hour job and turned it into a 4 hour job over 2 days.   The plumber that was sent out after thinking he fixed the issue decided he  didn't have the right parts.  He then proceeded to go and get the right parts but once again he didn't get the parts he needed.  He said he would stop at a store early in the morning and get the correct parts, which he did.  When he left the night before with the shower still leaking he had spent 2.5 hours working on the shower. The following day he said he spent 1.5 hours working but in fact since I timed the work it only took him 1/2.  I chose this plumber on location within 5 miles of the house as well as the reviews I saw on Angie's list.  After having this vendor come and fix the shower and the time it took I would not recommend him to others.

They were available when I needed them.  They did a good job.  They were able to do the work when I was gone for vacation. They followed up with me well.

Replaced a worn out laundry faucet.

We had out of town company staying with us when we noticed water in the basement.  The toilets were not flushing very well either.  We called Steigerwald Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day.  They cleared some roots out of the pipe and gave us some information on how to prevent the problem repeating itself.  They were here a couple of hours and now we can do laundry without fear.

The job was completed in the time given and was done cleanly with proven experience in plumbing. 

Angie's list billed me for 2 coupons of $109 and Steigerwald Plumbing recognized my intent was only to purchase 1 coupon and gave me credit for the 2nd.

They are very easy to work with and make sure everything is understood before the job was started.
