It’s an old firehouse that didn’t have a thermostat amongst other part that were missing which kept it from being habitable in the winter. He came in with his team and was able to fix the 3 boiler system and get a thermostat. Now it’s no longer under 50 inside the building. Definitely recommend."

"If you want to hear about a professional, efficient, and honest small business, read on. I had a clogged sewer line. Several plumbers tried diagnosing the problem but none really had a good solution- snake augurs and sewer cameras were parading through my home. It ultimately was determined that I needed to replace the sewer line. I got quotes from the 3 or 4 plumbers I saw, and also called Getz. I'm glad I did. Justin and his crew were professional, capable, and they bid significantly lower than everyone else. I had a higher degree of confidence in them not only because they're building a new business and need to make a name for themselves, but also because they don't use the same corporate sales tactics to pay someone large commissions when they think they have me by the balls. These guys were honest, they didn't try to upsell me, and they saved me money by telling me some of the services others recommended were not appropriate or useful for my case. They"

I would have given this review more stars, maybe even 4 or 5, but only 2 because of the install & non-follow-up: Workmanship is not up to par. The transition duct from the new furnace goes up at an odd angle, with neither angle at each side being symmetrical. The duct should have come straight down, as in the old. Air is flowing out from all four sides of this new paper-thin sheet metal. No attempt was made to seal it. So, in effect, I am cooling and heating a non-occupied storage room. The outdoor unit was solidly soldered in while it was not square to my house. One side overlapped the pad by several inches. Before the tech had me sign off on the job, I took him out to look. Low & behold, everything was square â but at what price? Twisting the unit after being solidly sweated in can cause a constant torque/pressure on the piping & fittings. The tech insisted all was well. The next morning, I had to look up online and call the main office because the AC wasnâ t working (no contact info was given to me in case of an issue or workmanship concerns). A service tech came out and found a wire not properly terminated at the outside unit. I would have expected a call at some point from someone to ask how my install went, but I should have known better. I have pics that show the old transition from the furnace â everything straight up & down, and the new odd piece of garbage. Also, the before and after pics of the outside unit not properly in place, then twisted under torque back into place, square with the house. But one canâ t post pics to this site â only the business can."

I was amazed at how quickly they were able to jackhammer a section of the basement floor add the needed plumbing, pour new concrete and set the shower; all in about 2 days. "I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with Tom Drexler Plumbing was so poor that I feel compelled to share it in hopes of preventing others from wasting their time and money. I initially contacted the company to address a leaking faucet in a spare bathroom. I was given a vague appointment window of 8 AM to 5 PM and informed that if I didn’t answer a call prior to their arrival, the technician would not show up. When the technician arrived, he spent time criticizing the company’s hiring practices rather than focusing on the repair. He determined that a full tub and shower replacement was needed, quoting over $1,000. The work could not be done the same day, requiring me to schedule another appointment. The technician arrived late and took the entire day to complete the job, spending a significant portion of time sitting on my staircase visibly exhausted. The installation was subpar—both the faucet and showerhead were protruding nearly two inches from the wall, and the showerhead was visibly crooked. The faucet and showerhead were protruding so far out they couldn't even be caulked. My wife documented the issues with photos. She sent them to me after the tech left. I immediately called Tom Drexler, informed them of the subpar work, and requested a different technician to correct the poor workmanship. A new technician arrived the following week and made the necessary adjustments. However, within four days of using the shower, a leak developed in the ceiling of the kitchen below, and our toilet began leaking from the base when flushed—suggesting possible plumbing pressure or blockage issues. I contacted the company again and scheduled yet another appointment. Despite being given the same 8 AM to 5 PM time frame, no one showed up, and I had to follow up myself to learn the technician wasn’t coming. Eventually, another technician did visit and claimed the ceiling leak was due to "residual water" and dismissed the toilet issue. When the ceiling stain continued to grow, I called again and requested a supervisor. The supervisor came a week later, concluded that the issue wasn’t related to their work, and left without offering any solutions. Altogether, I had to take four days off work to accommodate this series of visits. I now need to hire another plumber from a different company to resolve the ongoing leak. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tom Drexler Plumbing. The quality of work, communication, and overall customer service were consistently poor throughout the entire process."
