Jason, the owner of the company, called me back very promptly, but did tell me due to high demand he was not able to help me at that time. "Our chimney was a masonry mess with the brickwork deteriorating and full or partial bricks falling off so we decided to have it stucco over. We contacted Ohio State Stucco and Jesse G came to the rescue right away. He gave a fair and thorough proposal that we accepted and thankfully he was able to quote a firm start date that he followed through on. We were very impressed with how organized and efficient Jesse was doing the job. His work was the definition of meticulous -- he showed great attention to detail and was very careful and precise about everything. The chimney came out EXCELLENT -- he perfectly matched the stucco color and pattern of the house and we could not be more pleased. We will definitely use them again for any future projects of that sort and highly recommend Ohio State Stucco to anyone who needs stucco work done. We would give 10 stars if we could!!"

"The trim of the deck was done well without any incident.  However, when the stucco was power washed, the windows were not covered, so my clean windows are no longer clean.  The gutter vertical pipes were removed and one of the workers Zack helped to clean out the debris which was nice of him.  The painting of the stucco went fairly well (couple places missed).  The two workers did a good job of not getting paint on the wood trim of the house but the worst part was some paint got on the patio and deck!  The two workers tried to clean it up but light paint still visible on the dark gray composite deck.   The owner Jim DeLong said he would correct it but he still has not as of 8/27/14.

It is now May 18, 2015, and Mr. Delong has still not replaced the broken board that he said he would in February. I also disagree with his assessment that the boards that had paint on them were cleaner than the others after they got done trying to get the paint off. They weren't cleaner. They were whiter from the lighter paint compared to the gray deck boards."
