The stucco was cracking and bubbling on the eaves of our front porch.  We had a stucco person tell us before he could do his work we needed to have the gutters checked to see if they needed caulked.  I bought the $99 deal from Atlas Roof and Exteriors.  It was the middle of winter (January 22) so I knew it would be a while before the work could be done.  On Feb. 4th Clancy Malone sent an email saying he would get back to me asap to schedule because the winter weather was so bad this year.  On Feb. 18th he contacted me again just to let me know he had not forgot about me.  On March 9 I rec'd an email saying he would get to it that week.  On the 10th he emailed again saying he would be out that day.  He got busy that day and did not show but on the morning of the 11th I got another email and he said it would be that day.  He showed up and took a look at the roof.  He explained the issues with my roof/gutters. He came up with a solution and fixed it that day.  If his solution works I will be thrilled because it potentially could have been an expensive fix.  Except for the one day where he did not show Clancy kept me posted on his scheduling and I am pleased with my purchase.
