Brenda invests the time up front to fully understand her clients’ objectives and to become familiar with the job site. She thoroughly answered our many questions and suggested several options based on her extensive experience with similar projects, reassuring us our extensive landscaping would be protected. We soon reached a mutual comfort level with the project and set a target service date. Between our initial meeting and our service date, Brenda stayed in touch with us. This is the second time I have used Clear Water Prowash and once again Brenda did a great job! We had the house washed and a small wood deck cleaned. The deck came out awesome and looks brand new! I can tell you for a 15 year old deck the difference is night and day. The house looks fantastic and acutally smells clean. Top notch work and the customer service is outstanding! Customer for life! All leaf stains were removed. The driveway was very clean. Brenda, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. I plan on hiring her again.

Outstanding. Brenda gave an estimate and explained what would and wouldn't be done. What preparation I needed to do. Stayed in touch to schedule the work. Arrived when scheduled. Protected plants and fixtures. Cleaned up afterwards. Remarkable improvement !! After my own failed multiple attempts to clean the north facing siding of moss and algae, it now looks new, Unqualified recommendation from a happy client!!

Clearwater ProWash did an excellent job removing white paint from a black asphalt driveway. While onsite to inspect the needed work, Brenda provided a detailed list of other services her company could provide including soft washing of a stone facade and walls. She test washed a section of the concrete patio, and the difference was amazing. We will certainly use Clearwater Prowash for additional work.

Brenda did an excellent job. Siding was very dirty and green and hadn't been washed for 14 years. And now it looks brand new. And Brenda was very careful to not damage any fragile spots, plants, etc. I provided longer reviews for this work but Angie's List timed me out each time so I kept this shorter; Angie's List is checking out the problem, seems to be affecting many online reviewers!

There was a lot of dirt/mold/mildew buildup on the patio. Brenda did a great job! Not only was she able to fit me in the week I requested (she had a very busy schedule that week) she also did a wonderful job of getting the patio bright and clean. Although not part of my original quote, I asked if she could also clean the gutters that surrounded patio (not the entire house), which she did at no additional charge. I am very satisfied with the entire process, including her detailed/professional contract, which she will email to you in advance. Would definitely recommend her to friends & family and hire her again.

Brenda came on time and first prepped the exterior of my house by covering all light fixtures, electrical outlets, and garage door keypad. She then washed the brick walls, concrete slab & vinyl ceiling of my front porch. She also washed the sidewalk & steps leading from the driveway to my porch. Next she washed the exterior siding & brick of the house, and included a light washing of my deck at no additional cost. The house looked amazing compared to how it looked before! She did the entire job by herself, which surprised me as I thought she had other employees. I was also surprised and a little disappointed that she did the entire job without the use of a ladder, as it may have been more efficient, and taken less time to complete the job. Overall, I was very happy with the outcome! Brenda is a very honest, detail oriented, hard-working individual.

This takes a bit more time such as taping and covering needed items and more. Clients invest a lot of money in their homes. It should be treated with great care. These techniques not only provide safe, gentle cleaning but also prevention from falling off a ladder on your property. Our house had developed a green tint from algae and schmutz build up. We'd tried to clean it ourselves but it was extremely stubborn. Brenda did a fantastic job restoring our siding to its original color and gave us tips on keeping our deck in good shape to boot. We'll definitely be calling her again.

Brenda was excellent to work with from her initial response to our inquiry regarding a quote all they way to the finish and clean up. We were very picky about who we chose to do the job because we know that EIFS can be damaged easily. We are grateful for Brenda's care and professionalism in cleaning the exterior of our house. We would highly recommend her. She did a terrific job of getting stains and mildew off of the entire exterior of our home! She also cleaned our front porch and sidewalk. We love how it looks!!!!

Brenda did a great job. She taped off all electrical boxes and pre-watered all plants to protect them before she started cleaning. The house looks amazing, just like when the siding was originally installed.

Brenda did an amazing job cleaning our limestone steps & porch! The front of our house is very shady so it gets discolored. I have it pressure washed every fall. Brenda did a “soft wash” and made it look like new. She also cleaned the imestone tops of the pillars at the entrances of our driveway for no charge. I’ll definitelyhave her come out to do it again next year!

Brenda Farley did a fantastic job. She was protective of all shrubs going around the house. Brenda explained things that wouldn't come off completely with her spray/water solution like oxidation. When she was done, the house looked like it had a facelift. The vinyl looked so bright and clean. By the way she parked on the road, so she wouldn't mess up our driveway which was considerate of her, and something that we appreciate. It was a very positive experience for us and one that we will repeat annually with Brenda.

Our stucco and wood trimmed house is 30 years old. Other than having the wood trim stained, the outside of the house was never cleaned or treated. The overall appearance was good, for the age of the house, with the exceptions of some discolored areas and mildew on the fireplace chimney. Or so we thought! After ClearWater ProWash was done, our house looked incredibly fresh and bright. We had no idea what a difference it would make. Having done some research, powerwashing can do damage, if not done correctly. This is why we can highly recommend ClearWater ProWash. The Owner/Operator is very knowledgable about the cleaning products and the washing process. Prior to the washing, a careful inspection of the house, its materials, its light fixtures and outlets is done. Thereafter, the products and process is decided. Powerwashing is not a "one method fits all" process, as some companies practice. Brenda's attention to detail and correct procedures for the job is superior and led to superior results in making our house look great. Careful sealing, taping, and attention to shrubbery and landscaping was done. We received great results and value for the price, and plan to use ClearWater's services again. We highly recommend Brenda and ClearWater ProWash.

It went great and Brenda is amazing! My wife and I got home from work and both said "Did she replace the siding?" Our white siding and eaves were so dirty and mold covered that we were sure that at best she would get it looking OK again. But she made it look like new, and we couldn't be happier with the job she did. In addition to the siding, the chimney had 40 years of soot, and while it doesn't look like she re-bricked it, it came clean. The concrete driveway and wood back deck also came out great. One more thing... she wasn't totally happy with the driveway because of some streaking. She said she wasn't going to cash the check until she was able to come back and redo it, which she did about five days later. I can't recommend Brenda Farley enough.

When she came out to power wash our house, Brenda did an excellent job of taping off electrical outlets and other preparations for the cleaning. She was meticulous and took the time it needed to complete the job. When she was finished my husband remarked that the soffit looked like it had a fresh coat of paint. We were very happy with the results.
