They worked well together and looked like they enjoyed their craft. They were also very kind and went above and beyond just installing my windows. One of the crew members even readjusted my screen door. It used to shut hard but works perfectly now. My wife told him doors were not part of the job and he said that he just wanted to do it. Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. We cannot recommend the team at Window Depot USA of Youngstown enough. We especially liked supporting two excellent companies (Window Depot USA of Youngstown and ProVia) who are headquartered locally in Ohio and in the Youngstown area and Sugarcreek, respectively."
