He had exactly the right specialized equipment and experience to quickly diagnose the immediate issue. Furthermore he also found and fixed the underlying calibration issue to prevent it from happening again. He also worked well with the home warranty representative on the phone to get us the most compensation possible. I was extremely pleased and would definitely use them again."

"Met productive air duct cleaning at home and flower show.  Read reviews on Angie's List.  I was able to get an appointment and Nick and his crew were on time ( I think they were a little early).  They setup the hoses and equipment.  If you are really particular about your floors you may want to make sure to ask about how many floor coverings they have available.  We had lots of cardboard that we were able to use in addition to Progressive's floor covers.  They cleaned out all the vents and put in  a new filter once they were finished cleaning.  (I had purchased several and stored them close to the furnace).  The also talked to me a little bit about the air duct system that had been installed in the house and things to look out for in the future.
Nick has a dry sense of humor and so once you accept that he's easy to work with.
