    We have a large Bay style window in our living room that consists of a 5 separate panes. One of the panes developed a separation from the sealing frame 2 years after original installation. These folks were great, came out and diagnosed the issue, replaced the window with a brand new one, and were extremely friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. They definitely stand 100% behind their product. If we ever need windows in the future Window Nation will be our first call

    Window nation workers came at the correct time. It took them about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to install 16 windows with five men. They were very polite and professional and very knowledgeable on installing windows. Wonderful job they did. I’m very pleased with their work.     Awesome job throughout whole process, keeping us updated. Very professional and laid out tarps and plastic so they didn’t walk on our carpets. Cleaned up well and didn’t find anything left outside or in. 17 windows done and 2 added and were finished in a day and a half. Very happy with the quality of the windows and they did an amazing job!     The two men took the old windows out. They put the new windows in. One man trimmed the inside of the windows and the other trimmed the outside. Then, they both did the clean up. The job was finished in about 2 hours. The men worked well together and the weather was very cooperative. Someone from the company came about 2 hours later and took some pictures

    My frustration could not be any greater at this point. We ordered windows in January, they arrived in June, but without screens. Then they brought screens weeks later but most of those did not fit, despite the fact that the windows had now been measured TWiCE. And each time they come it requires taking a day off work. Can you imagine having no screens in the summer?! And it gets worse. They came again today, they only had 3 screens, and NONE OF THEM FIT, AGAIN. It is now Sept. the entire summer has passed with no screens. I will NEVER buy windows from them again with this kind of customer service

    Such was demand during peak roofing season (summer 2020) that it took a couple of months from estimate to completion, but the entire process was smooth, professional and w/o surprises. A double shingle roof was stripped, the deck was repaired, an unneeded chimney was removed, robust ice/snow guard and membrane applied, and a standing-seam metal roof was installed with meticulous attention to detail. The same level of quality applied to other phases: estimating, scheduling, communication, protection of landscaping and cleanup. One year later, I'm just as pleased with the results. Bruce, Gary and their crew were a pleasure to deal with, and delivered quality workmanship with top-notch materials at a fair price
